Samphire is an award winning smallholding in Norfolk rearing rare breed pigs and sheep. Ethical farming is at the heart of Samphire and we have been recognised by the RSPCA for our commitment to animal welfare.
It’s not just our regulars who love our rare breed meat, Gary Rhodes said our sausages were the best he'd ever tasted and Giles Coren gave our delicious pork pies 10/10. You can buy sausages online here. We also do a meat delivery box. Just send us an order and we'll send you some of our fabulous award winning farm produce !!
We also do a scheme called My Little Porkie. We'll rear a piglet for you and deliver a parcel bursting with fabulous porkie delights at the end. Click here to watch a short video about it.
We sell our goodies at markets and fairs both locally and in London. We also run courses from the smallholding.
